Help!!!

Myles has been going to summer school and riding the bus everyday. The teacher called the first week of school and told me he was having some trouble minding her and keeping his hands to himself. Then the next day the bus driver told me the same thing was happeneing on the bus. He seems to have gotten better at school, but the bus is still a problem. The principal of the school called this morning and said the bus driver came to talk to her about him. Jeremy and I have told him all we can think of but it seems like he is forgetting by the time school is out and he gets on the bus to come home. We are also wondering if some of the other kids on the bus are influencing him to act up, then he gets in trouble because he keeps doing it after they have stopped. I'm going to talk to the bus driver today and see if I can get some more specific info about what he's doing. He only has one more week of summer school, but the principal said if he acts like this in regular school he will get suspended from the bus!!! Help and pray!

Harley

The boys lost one of their best friends yesterday. Sarah's mom had a dog named Harley and she was hit by a car yesterday and died. When I got home yesterday from work, Myles was so upset. He cried and cried for her. This was the first time that we had to try to explain death to him. It will be different to go out to their house and not see her. She will be missed.

Dr visit

Damon saw Dr Tong today and everything is fine. His long naps aren't anything to be concerned about. We are so glad to hear that and we praise and thank God that Damon is doing well. I took the camera today so you could all see what happens when we visit there. Damon doesn't like it too much, but none of these tests hurt him. Talk to you all later.

Rain, rain go away!

It's been raining all day, pretty much. Myles is supposed to have a T-ball game tonight in about an hour. I'm doubtfull that he will but we haven't gotten a call saying otherwise so we'll go up there and see what happens. This weekend is also Boomtown Days here in Joplin, MO. It's a 3 day festival we have here with concerts, vendor booths, kiddie rides, and lots of food. Tonight the concert is Jars of Clay, which I'm so stoked about so I'm praying the rain will stop so we can go see them.

Damon has been taking really long naps lately and it's got me wondering if he's getting worn out easier or if it's because the house is so quiet while Myles is at school :~). He has a cardio appt with Dr Tong next Tuesday so I'm going to ask him about it. As much as I hate to even think about it, in all reality he's at the age that he could have his third surgery. We hope and pray that he can wait until he gets older/bigger but they did say that the age range is 18 months (which he is) to 3
years. So I'm trying to stay on my toes watching every little thing so I can ask the drs about it. We'll definetly do an update after this appt on Tuesday. Everyone have a safe and dry weekend! Talk to you all later.
